My Living Contract – In the Age of Light

I release the outdated contract of suffering, scarcity, and proving.

I no longer believe pain is my teacher. I choose grace.

I no longer need to be broken to be worthy. I am whole.

From this moment forward, I author my path from joy, truth, and resonance.

I welcome the lessons that come gently, the initiations that come through wonder, and the transformation that arises from love.

I choose coherence over chaos. Devotion over desperation. Presence over performance.

I nourish my life as sacred. I nourish my body as temple. I nourish my spirit as art.

Let all that unfolds be in rhythm with the music of my soul.

And so it is.
