Walk This Way

Updated: Aug 21, 2021

Ayurvedic Medicine is one of the worlds oldest holistic healing systems. it was developed more than three thousand years ago in India. its based on the believe that health and wellness depend on a delicate balance between the mind, body and spirit. Ayurveda's main goal is to promote good health, not fight disease. But treatments may be geared toward specific health problems. i will focus on the daily activities and habits, movements, food and practices that are based on your personal dosha and lifestyle. During our initial intake I will need to understand your life and where you are on you personal path and with these actions.

You will take the Dosha Quiz on Banyan Botanicals for me and send me a picture of your pie chart and your imbalances chart. This will give me a preliminary understanding of you as I collect your intake information.

I ask for 150 down and then wrap up the final meeting, when you receive your Treatment Plan with the remaining balance of $49. The Treatment Plan will be given to you a week after our first intake, but in our intake i will give you counsel to get you softly started and the knowledge of Ayurveda a bit so that you can begin to understand how these practices will work in your life.

This is a lifestyle not a diet. This is a raise in consciousness. This is a path, not a trend. These practices put you in alignment with the seasons and your unique personality. Ayurveda changes with the seasons. These practices align with your personal lifestyle, stresses, interests, and work. Also with our very own seasons of our age and season of life.

Once you are in the group you will be added to my lineage group. I hold ‘Wind Down Friday’ Q and A Sessions in this group to keep us all on track with Ayurveda. This group will have recipes and links beginning January 1st that will be strongly tied to connections and workshops that I will easily keep you connected to this lifestyle and our small, but growing community. We are a tribe of people that are seekers, thinkers, and tired of the status quo and willing and courageous enough to begin to empower ourselves and take wellness in the hands of the person that most deserves that responsibility. OURSELVES.

I promise you from my very heart that this way of life is affordable, delightful, attainable. I live and breathe Ayurveda. I am here for you. I care about all of my clients the same way that i care for myself.
