The Spirit of Ayurveda
Ayurveda means "The Science of Life." Ayurveda is a Sister Science to Yoga. Ayurveda uses the five elements of Air, Ether, Fire, Earth and water to incorporate rituals of living for wellness. Balancing times of the day, seasons, nourishment, and our own individualized Dosha, we are able to create a well, happy and joyful life.
As Yoga works into breath and movement of the body, Ayurveda works into the nourishment and self care practices for the body. Ayurvedic knowledge originated in India more than 5,000 years ago and is often called the "Mother of All Healing."

The Yoga Deck LLC is locally owned within the hills of Southern Ohio and encourages your life to be your medicine! Wellness coaching and education services based in the spirit of Yoga and Ayurveda. We are passionate about creating a plan that teaches you how to develop a life of wellness by using the art of self care, nutrition and movement.
We are a one stop shop to wellness. If you have an innate desire to get well and find ways off the hamster wheel of addictive behavior and unhealthy lifestyles, we are able to guide you to a more joyful way to live with our practices.
